DEPOSIT - The $250 Deposit payment is required along with the signed Official Contract before any project planning will commence. Payment or Remittance advice must be received prior to project planning and preparation commencing. The Deposit is non refundable in the event that the Client cancels, although the Photo/Video Shoot can be rescheduled at no further cost to the Client. When booking multiple shoots or multiple days, each will be charged the $250 Deposit separately, as they will be deducted from the invoice total upon completion of the project.
TAILORED QUOTE - Based on the completed Questionnaire and provided information, a tailored quote will be provided based on the clients needs and requirements. This will reflect the scope of work, selected delivery option, travel distance, type of work and all other related information. All tailored quotes will be subject to change and are based on an estimate and provided information.
STANDARD DELIVERY - As Standard we include delivery of Commercial Use Files 15-30 business days after completion of project shooting at no extra cost. This time frame is subject to change due to project queues, receival of remittance advice/payment, responsibility of the client/s duties.

This digital processing and delivery option is a cost effective option and is provided at no extra cost, therefore entitles the client to a position in a processing queue, based on the order of shoot date.

It is the Client/s responsibility to understand this system and honour their position in the queue.

In the event that the Client/s sudden requirement for Express Delivery occurs, an invoice including Express Delivery cost will be delivered to the Client/s and requires full payment before the Client/s position in the queue can be expedited.
EXPRESS DELIVERY - Express Delivery is an optional extra for clients who have a very short deadline and require completed Commercial Use Files within a short timeframe. This option ensures digital delivery within 5-7 Business days, this additional cost will be included in the quote and be based on the project size and deliverables.

This digital processing and delivery option ensures the Client/s position in an Express queue.

It is the Client/s responsibility to have remittance advice/payment cleared for this option as delay in payment will result in delay in delivery of Commercial Use Files.

5-7 business days are expected, with the exception of unforeseeable circumstances that could delay delivery.
INVOICE - All invoices will be provided through Hnry and can be paid via Direct Deposit or Credit Card Transaction. Payment or Remittance Advice to be received prior to release of Commercial Use files. Watermarked Proof Photographs can be provided upon completion of images if requested by the Client, or the Remittance Advice has not been received. Please see Invoice for Payment details.
CLIENT PAYMENT TERMS - If the Client/s and/or Company has Payment terms that do not align with our payment terms, Prepayment of total invoice of all requested works is required ahead of time to ensure the Client receives Commercial Use files within their desired time frame. Requested works including exact travel cannot be differed from or added to with this option, upon reaching the completion of requested works the Photographer and assistant/s will be required to finalise the shoot and depart.
TRAVEL - All travel required beyond 15kms of the Bundaberg CBD is charged at a rate of $1.50 per kilometre. Travel cost can be subject to change from the quote if additional travel is required. Prices are non negotiable.
REVISIONS - Chris Sweetapple Photography can provide one free revision on supplied work if required. This only applies to post processing and does not include re-shooting. Any additional revisions will incur an additional charge of $100 per hour of shooting on the project. Prices are non negotiable.
WATERMARKED PROOF PHOTOGRAPHS - If requested, Watermarked Proof photographs in low-resolution JPG format will be delivered via Google Drive. Photos will be available for download at the supplied link for up to 1 week (7 business days) before they are deleted.
COMPLETED IMAGES - Commercial Use files (Low-Resolution JPG format for Web and High-Resolution JPG format for Print) will be delivered via Google Drive after Payment or Remittance Advice is received. Photos will be available for download at the supplied link for up to 1 week (7 business days) before they are deleted.
DRONE OPERATIONS - Chris Sweetapple Photography is a fully insured, accredited and licenced Remote Pilot Operator, holding a CASA RePL. All flight operations are carried out within CASA guidelines (please see link for more information - https://www.casa.gov.au/knowyourdrone/drone-rules). Chris Sweetapple Photography reserves the right to decline any illegal or unsafe flight operations, regardless of clients wishes. Unsuitable weather conditions may affect safe and legal flight operations and will require rescheduling at the cost of the client.
DUTY OF CLIENT - The Client shall assist and cooperate with Chris Sweetapple Photography in obtaining the desired photographs and video, including but not limited to specifying persons and/or scenes, products and items to be captured; taking time to pose for photographs at the Photographer’s direction; providing a person to guide the Photographer to desired persons and/or scenes, products and items; pre-shoot consultations; obtain permissions for locations when required, etc. The Photographer shall not be responsible for photographs or videos not taken as a result of the Client’s failure to provide reasonable assistance, cooperation and a provided shot list. The Client understands and agrees that any failure to obtain required permissions resulting in fines to the photographer, or which prevent the photographer from photographing the event(s) is not the fault, liability or responsibility of the photographer. Client accepts that all photographs or videos will be taken and edited at the photographer’s discretion based on the photographer’s experience and artistic view. If the client has special requests, all information must be provided prior to commencement of the project.
COPYRIGHT - According to Australian Copyright Law, Chris Sweetapple Photography maintains the copyright of all photographs and videos. However, the Client is granted unlimited but non-exclusive rights to use the content for which they have paid. It is prohibited for the Client to resell any photographs or videos provided. Additionally, all photographic materials, including original RAW files, photos, and videos, remain the exclusive property of Chris Sweetapple Photography. Chris Sweetapple Photography retains copyright ownership of all images and videos created, and reserves the right to utilize the work for samples, contests, exhibitions, advertising, self-promotion, and trading.
CREDITING - The client must provide photo credit to "Chris Sweetapple Photography" on all uses of the supplied copyrighted images. This includes digital and print media, as well as social media where "Chris Sweetapple Photography" must be tagged with the correct handle. This requirement extends to all social media and blogs. Additionally, when published online or in media publications, citations of the photographer must be included. The client agrees not to alter any photographs placed in public and on the internet, and they are responsible for ensuring that family members or friends do not crop, alter colour, or edit the images in any way. Exceptions may be granted where necessary.
ON LOCATION - The Client agrees and understands that no party other than Chris Sweetapple Photography may take pictures of any poses, lighting situations, scenes, or setups made by the photographer. This slows down the photographer’s work and violates the photographer’s right to take pictures of the event. The Client agrees to take responsibility for insisting that no person(s) get in the way of the Photographer or take pictures in these situations.
INSURANCE - Chris Sweetapple Photography is fully insured for all Photographic and Videography operations. As well as all Drone operations, within the CASA guidelines.
