Friendship Circle of VA is excited to return to the Richmond SPCA for our April Birthday Circle.

Event includes:

-One small “adopted” stuffed animal (cat or dog) per child to be taken home in a carrier box that they will decorate
-A guided tour to see dogs and cats in our care who are available for adoption
-A special visit from one of the dogs in the SCPA’s care
-One Richmond SPCA goodie bag per child
