2023 Rochester Indie Comics Exhibitor Application

Where can we read your comics? Please share a link to your comics below. (Note: In order to be accepted to RICE we need to be able to read examples of your work! Uploading some of your comics to a shared drive is often the best way of sharing your work with us. Please submit comics only, even if you will be selling prints or other items. ) *

We have two options for tables: a full table (6 ft.) and a half table (3 ft.). The fee for a full table is $40 and the fee for a half table is $20. Payment instructions will be sent out with the acceptance emails. Select the option that works best for you: *
Do you plan on tabling with anyone? If so, who? Only 2 people will be allowed behind a table, so they can remain 3ft apart. If you and a friend want to share a table, you should each apply separately and request to sit next to one another here:

There are a limited number of tables with wall space behind - do you need wall space for signage? We will do our best to accommodate wall space needs, but there is no guarantee we will be able to place everyone in front of a wall.

Signs and banners will need to fit behind your table or half-table space. No signage will be able to be placed next to or in front of tables.
