Thank you for your interest in volunteering with R4R. Before starting to fill out this questionnaire please ensure that you understand the following terms and conditions:
1- You are applying for a volunteer position, therefore no payment or any kind of monetary recognition should be expected.
2- R4R will not cover any personal expenditure during your volunteering period. All expenditures will be covered by the volunteer, including tickets, transportation, accommodation, alimentation, visas, etc. However R4R can support arranging alimentation and accommodation (if you requested by the volunteer.) The volunteer will be responsible for covering associated monthly costs.
3- R4R will not support with visas applications.
4- R4R reserves the right to stop the volunteer agreement at any time in case R4R considers it necessary.
5- R4R's programmes depend on funds, therefore you must understand that the programme can be cancelled at any time at short notice.
6- R4R will not be responsible for any reimbursements of costs.
7- You will be entitled to volunteer with R4R, and either the operation areas only once your application is officially accepted. If action is taken before the acceptance, R4R will not be responsible for any expenditure.
8- Your acceptance as a volunteer is conditional and will be accepted only after you present all the required documentation.
9- Remember the R4R team is responding in an emergency, therefore the programme is conditioned to daily (quick) changes and to adapt to those situations is necessary. Flexibility and understanding is requested by those who join the R4R emergency response team.
