2023-24 Sports Physicals
At this time (6/13, 12pm), we have closed sign up for tonight's physicals so that we can prepare for the evening.
Limited walk-in appointments will be available between 6:30pm and 7:30pm. Please be sure to complete the registration process on Final Forms, print the physical form and bring it with you. If you do not complete this step, both student and a parent would need to be present to complete all necessary paperwork prior to the physical.
Cost is $25/student, cash or check payable to Fenton Area Public Schools. Hope to see you tonight!
