Please read: This is a pre - registration form and email sign up. When you come to our office locations You will be Asked to sign in at your initial appointment and your physical ID and proof of assistance will be requested.
The purpose of this form is for us to easily access those who pre register in order to confirm information at various locations.
Pick up is once every 30 days. Emails will go out as often as possible with reminders as we are able to do so. Once you have registered please call and schedule your initial appointment.
After you first pick up no appointment is needed, you may pick up ONCE every 30 days.
We do our best to let you know if we will be out of office and Strongly recommend that you call ahead to confirm that it has been 30 days since your last pick up and that we are open.
Families who register to receive should be recipients of WIC, Medicaid, Snap or experiencing financial hardship.
Parents or Legal guardians Must register.
Legal guardians should be prepared to show proof that they are the guardian or in process of taking legal guardianship.
One person may be added to the registration for pick up.
The pick up person will need to be able to share identifying information of the parent: (address, phone number etc) We are only providing diapers for children 3 and under.

We work within the Community Resource Center Summerville and North Charleston Community Resource Center. Operational hours are subject to change.
Please bring your ID and a screen shot of your registration to confirm you have signed up. Onsight registration may also requested for record keeping purposes.

Please Note: The Community Resource Center Summerville requests that you wear a mask when in the office due to the small space. If you prefer to not wear a mask you will be asked to wait in your car. The office is kept locked for safety reasons, please be patient you will be served as long you arrive within office hours.

Hours for Diapers: Tuesday and Thursday 10 am - 2pm. After 2 pm by appointment only.
We also distribute in St George once per month and in Ridgeland once per month. Please do not add a location that is not listed as we do not have additional office locations at this time.

We will confim your information in office and will need to see a physical copy of your ID, as well as your child's WIC, Medicaid or your snap card.
Registered participants will receive emails with updated office hours as often as possible. Along with invites to baby showers and other community events.
Please Note:
We assist with diapers for children ages newborn - 3 years of age. (We do not provide a months supply of diapers)
We do not make home deliveries.
We will only serve you once per 30 days at the office
Saturday or other Community events are open to everyone unless otherwise noted.
Our packs are bundled according to size and may include diapers from various brands that have been donated. Diapers are distributed as-is.
You will receive a minimum of 15 diapers and a maximum of 30 diapers per child.
Wipes and other items are not a guarantee.
We are not responsible for any faulty items received.
