Wednesday, May 10 is our last TWO HOUR EARLY RELEASE DAY. The school day ends at 12:30p.m.

Please complete the following registration to let us know your plans for your child or children on this day.

Please fill out a separate registration for each child. We ask that you fill this form out for EACH Early Release because it is easier for us to track. Thank you for your cooperation.

The school will provide free supervised care from 12:30-2:30 p.m. Supervision will begin at 12:30 and your student MUST BE REGISTERED! If your child attends ACES or YMCA the Wednesday afternoon of early release, you must sign them up for the 12:30-2:30 childcare, as these programs will not start until 2:30.

*Students needing supervised care must be picked up by 2:30 if not enrolled in ACES on Wednesday.

*At 2:30 students will be released to the playground and can be picked up on McConnel Street. If you pick up between 12:40-2:15, please come to the office to pick up your child.

*Attendance will be taken to ensure safe arrival of students.

* If your plans change after this form has been completed, please call the office at 507-345-3059.

If your child stays for supervised care on Wednesday, May 10, from 12:30-2:30, what will your child do when the care is done at 2:30? Children must be picked up by 2:30, be given permission to walk home, or be enrolled in ACES or other daycare pick up.
