Please fill out this form for any inquiries about making a group booking at our North Shore location, located at 2270 Dollarton Hwy, North Vancouver, BC.

If you are interested in a full facility rental for a private event ("Buyout"), please follow THIS LINK and fill out that form instead. Please note: Buyouts require a minimum of 6-weeks notice.

If you are interested in using the Arc'teryx Beta Lounge as a meeting space, please follow THIS LINK and fill out that form instead. Please note: The Beta Lounge is not a private space and therefore may not be suitable for meetings containing sensitive information.

Please read the following information:

Instructed Session (Essential Bouldering):

We are able to host groups at specific times during the week:

- Monday & Friday: 10am-3pm

- Tuesday: 9am-3pm

- Wednesday & Thursday: 12pm-3pm

- Saturday & Sunday: 4pm-8pm

(depending on instructor availability)

- The sessions are 2 hours in length

- Minimum 5 participants for a group booking

- Youth price: $35/climber Adult price: $45/climber

- Booking date must be at least 2 weeks away (From the time we contact you)

Self-Guided Session (Group Drop In):

Adults (18+): $29.85 + $6.50 shoe rental (if needed)

Youth(6-17): $21.85 (shoes included)

Youth (0-5): $17.25 (shoes included)

An orientation will be given to the group from the staff along with risk management and gym rules. You MUST bring your own supervisors for this option, and follow the supervision ratios accordingly.
