Numeral Guard Request Form ~ 2023 Volunteer Recognition
All volunteers receiving numeral guards this year must have been registered Girl Scouts for 5 years or more and should complete this form. All numeral guards for 20 years or less will be forwarded to the individual's Regional Manager for distribution. If a volunteer is receiving their numeral guard for 25 years or more, it may be presented at the Appreciation Luncheon on April 30, 2021.

Please submit a short biography for 25 years and more.  All 25+ year recipients who will participate in the Appreciation Luncheon will have their pin held until that time.

Numeral guard requests must be submitted through this online form by January 31 annually.
