Central New Castle Deanery Survey
This survey will be used by the Central New Castle Deanery Leadership Team to identify two to three primary goals for the parishes in our deanery to achieve for the next three or four years.

This process is to assist the Diocese of Wilmington in fortifying our parishes in vibrancy to accomplish the Mission of the Catholic Church, starting now, for the future.

We invite you to share the link for this survey.

A special invite would be to share this survey with family members or neighbors you know who no longer participate in the life of the church.

The following questions are based on the Ten Best Pastoral Ministry Practices that the Diocese of Wilmington has identified within our seven diocesan deaneries.

They surfaced from the listening sessions held around the diocese in conjunction with the Holy Father's Synod in attempting to identify where we are as the Church locally and globally.  This self-observation process is called Synodality.

For these questions, we ask you to consider how well Your Parish engages in each of these best practices for effective ministry.

Please feel free to add any additional comments or suggestions at the end of the survey.
