Youth C, Youth B, Youth A and Junior athletes are eligible to compete at CEC Youth Boulder Regionals. The OCF's quota spots to Regionals will be allocated according to our published Selection Policy.

Youth C Selection Policy

The OCF has received ten spots per gender category to Youth Boulder Regionals East. The top eight Youth C athletes at OCF Boulder Provincials will receive spots to Regionals. The remaining two spots - as well as any declined top eight spots or any extra quota received from CEC - will be filled through this application process.

If you did not finish in the top 8 at OCF Boulder Provincial Championships, please complete this application if you wish to be considered for a spot.

Youth B, Youth A and Junior Selection Policy

The OCF has received ten spots per gender category to Youth Boulder Regionals East as well as five spots per gender category direct to Youth Boulder Nationals. The top five athletes at OCF Boulder Provincials will receive spots direct to Youth Boulder Nationals (bypassing Regionals). The next eight athletes (placements #6-#13) will receive spots to Youth Boulder Regionals East.

The remaining two spots - as well as any declined top thirteen spots or any extra quota received from CEC - will be filled through this application process

If you did not finish in the top 13 at OCF Boulder Provincial Championships, please complete this application if you wish to be considered for a spot.

Eligibility

To be considered for a spot at Youth Boulder Regionals, you must have a current OCF athlete membership.

Assessment Criteria

Applications will be evaluated based on past competition performance. Consideration will be given to any extenuating circumstances that prevented you from attending Boulder Provincials or from performing to your potential.
