Prairie Pothole 2022 Vendor Application
We look forward to you joining our festival and helping contribute to a magical festival experience for our guests. To provide the best opportunity for our vendors and variation for our customers, we carefully consider each vendor and their product offerings. When you submit an application, our team will review it first and then reach out to let you know if you have been approved. If approved we will request the following information to confirm your space.

FOOD VENDORS:
We are committed to providing an immersive and delectable food experience for our guests. We are looking to satisfy a variety of tastebuds with an assortment of emphasizing creative use of high quality, locally grown/sourced products. we are looking for a variety of options including organic, vegetarian/vegan, and variation of Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. We require that all food vendors have a self-contained operation that complies with all local and state health code regulations.

VENDOR PRICING:
$200 for 10x10 Retail Booth
$250 for 10x20 Retail Booth

$300 for Food Truck/Trailer

Vendor Fee includes 2 tickets for the event. Additional tickets are available for additional vendor staff at a discount of $85 (up to 2)

Vendors are allowed to camp behind their booth. Vendors are to be set up by Thursday @ noon Spots are on first come first serve basis. Wednesday set-up is recommended. No vehicle traffic in our out of the venue after noon on Thursday.
