We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic gymnastics coach to join our team! In this role, you'll create a fun and engaging environment where gymnasts can develop their skills, build confidence, and discover a lifelong love for gymnastics.
Texas Twisters Gymnastics is a local, family-owned business in Georgetown, TX. We believe in taking care of our coaches and providing a positive and encouraging workplace. Weekend hours and birthday parties are available. A background check will be required prior to employment. References must be available upon request.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans that promote fundamental skills and gymnastics techniques
- Provide clear instruction, positive reinforcement, and constructive feedback to help each gymnast progress at their own pace
- Supervise and assist gymnasts during practice sessions, including spotting techniques
- Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment for all participants
- Set up and maintain a clean and organized gym space
- Attend ongoing staff training events
- Maintain accurate attendance records and communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress
