Intending to be fair and have everyone on the same playing level, we agree to the rules ahead of time. Frisbees and the set up of the field will be provided.
1. That we respect and support players of all levels of skill.
2. We will be split into different teams with different ends of the setup field; you defend your end and score on the opposite end.  Both feet need to be in the end zone to score.
3. We start each game with a frisbee toss. Who ever is not tossing it gets to choose up or down. The winner starts with the frisbee.
4. When you score, the team that was scored on gets the frisbee, and you have to return to your goal zone to give them time to move forward.  
5. That you can not move when the frisbee is in your hand. ( An exception is if you are running and need a step or two to slow down)
6. You can only hold the frisbee when we are playing for 10 seconds.
7. You must stand an arm and a frisbee away when you are defending.
8. You can only defend one person at once. Aka, no forming a circle around the person with the frisbee.
9. if one team drops the frisbee, it is called a turnover, and it goes to the other team in the exact location the frisbee fell.
10. You can intercept the frisbee when it is in the air but not when it is in someone's hands.
11. The frisbee must star inside the boundaries, or it is the other team's frisbee.
12. The team with 21 points ( win by 2) or the most points at the end of the game wins.
13. At the end of the game, a most spirited player and an MVP are chosen for each team.
14. We cheer for all players at the end for their excellent work; compliments are encouraged.
