This survey is intended for students who have attended college at some point, but have not yet completed a degree or high value credential. Piedmont Community College will use information obtained from this survey to remove barriers to education for all. Please provide updated contact information at the end so that our staff can reach out to communicate with you how we can help you finish your degree.
