Case Study
A 64-year-old man presents to the emergency room with itchy skin lesions located in plaques on his limbs.  In addition to the skin changes, he has generalized lymphadenopathy on physical exam.  Complete blood count shows leukocyte count of 27,050/uL, hemoglobin 11.3 g/dL, and platelet count 236,000/uL.
