1. I will be a dedicated member of the Mt. Washington Band program. I realize that my participation is expected in the 2019/2020 school year. This form expresses my commitment to the organization.

2. All concerts and after school rehearsals are mandatory. If I do not fulfill my obligation, I will cause undue stress for those members who remain in the program.
