備註事項：
1. 本會以收妥款項為確認預訂程序；
2. 技術部同事會致電確認預約時間，由於工作排序關係，時間可能會有所調動；
3. 如引擎容量高於4公升，其後每公升為：5W-40 $80 / 1公升， 0W-30 $100 /1公升，不論偈油品牌。
4. 所有隨套餐包含之物料，如各類油液或機油隔等。若會員選擇自來或放棄更換上述物料，均不得兌換現金、攜走或要求以其他產品代替。如需使用原廠指定之零件價錢另議。
5. 上述套餐收費已包含人工、物料及廢油環保回收費用。
6. 上述價目不適用或不限於 Aston Martin、Audi R8、Bentley、 Daimler、Ferrari、Fiat、Hummer、Jaguar、Lamborghini、Land Rover、Lotus、Maserati、Mclaren、Nissan GTR、Opel、Porsche、Rolls Royce 及 Saab。
7. 離島及偏遠地區需付港幣$150之額外收費(包括馬灣、東涌、機場等地區)；
8. 如需車輛送遞服務，額外每程收費為$500元正；
9. 當八號烈風懸掛或黑色暴雨警告生效時，服務時間或會延遲；
10. 服務只適用於一般私家車，不適用於商用車輛；
11. 優惠不能兌換現金或其他產品，亦不可與其他優惠同時使用；
12. 收集個人資料聲明：此表格所收集閣下資料僅作本會內部記錄、會員服務和車輛代檢服務之用，
13. 如有任何爭議，香港汽車會保留最終決定權

2. Crossed Cheque
Please make payable to "HKAA", mark your name and contact number at the back of cheque. Send to us by post or in person to HKAA Wanchai Headquarter at Marsh Road, Wanchai Reclamation, Hong Kong. (Please mark "Pick-up Inspection Service" on the envelope)

Remarks:
1. The order will process upon receipt of payment, otherwise it will be pending;
2. HKAA staff will confirm the appointment date and time with member;
3. If the engine capacity is higher than 4 liters, each subsequent liter is charged at $80/1 liter for 5W-40 and $100/1 liter for 0W-30 respectively, regardless of the brand of oil.
4. All the materials are included, such as various types of oil or oil filter. If the members choose to use their own materials or give up the replacement of the above materials, they shall not exchange cash, take it away or request to replace it with other products. If you need to use the original parts, prices can be quoted upon request.
5. The above charges include labor, materials and waste oil environmental protection recycling costs.
6. The above prices are not applicable or limited to Aston Martin, Audi R8, Bentley, Daimler, Ferrari, Fiat, Hummer, Jaguar, Lamborghini, Land Rover, Lotus, Maserati, Mclaren, Nissan GTR, Opel, Porsche, Rolls Royce and Saab.
7. Additional $150 will be charged for those remote areas and outlying islands (including Ma Wan, Tung Chung, and Hong Kong International Airport...etc.);
8. Additional $500 will be charged per trip for vehicle delivery service needed;
9. The service will be delayed when typhoon signal No.8 or above is raised or a black rainstorm warning is hoisted. In this case, we will contact the member to reschedule the service;
10. The Service is for private car only and not applicable to commercial vehicle.
11. This offer cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with any other promotions / offers / coupons;
12. Data Collection Declaration: The information provided by you will only be used by HKAA for internal record and membership service.
13. In any case of disputes, the decision of HKAA is final and conclusive.
