Dear Parents/Guardians,

Your Daniel Wright child's class/grade level will be participating in an event in which food will be distributed to the students. Please review and determine your child's level of participation. Contact your child's school nurse for more information. Students are invited to participate in this treat distribution regardless of their remote status or in-person learning status.

ACTIVITY/EVENT: Autumn Treats
DATE OF ACTIVITY/EVENT: Remote students will receive treats during an upcoming materials pick up day/In-person students will receive treats on Friday, Oct. 30, 2020
ITEMS TO BE OFFERED FOR CONSUMPTION: Lifesaver Hard Candies, Tootsie Pop Minis, Hershey's Milk Chocolate Kisses, Smarties, Sour Patch Kids, and Rolos. (On the District 103's approved list of candy distribution.)

Please complete the bottom portion of this Google Form for each child whether your child is learning remotely or in-person.
