A virtual daily screening is required every morning prior to arrival at Fairy Glen Day Care as per requirements from the Ministry of Education and Public Health. The greeter will ask parents/guardians to show the confirmation email that has been submitted, with the daily results of the online screening survey. The survey must be completed daily for each child.

When completing the screening, if your child is fully vaccinated OR 11 years or younger, apply a 5-day isolation. If your child is 12 years or older and not fully vaccinated OR if they are immune compromised, apply a 10-day isolation. Direction from Public Health will supersede this screening.

If you receive a score that is not 8/8, please stay home and contact your site supervisor for next steps. Thank you for your cooperation.
