Handshake Employer Diversity Badge | Davenport University 
Handshake is the #1 platform our students use to find jobs and internships. To help them with their search in finding organizations committed to DE&I (diversity, equity and inclusion), we will be adding Handshake's "Invests in Diversity" badge to eligible company's profiles. This will promote your organization more often to our students in Handshake.

Organizations earning this badge will have invested in DEI related to the following areas: strategic planning, recruiting, retention, leadership commitment, and DEI-specific budget/staffing resources. Please fill out this form if you would like to apply to be one of these employers. 

A maximum of 50 employers will be allowed this badge. This badge will be active from September 2024-August 2025.

Michigan based organizations are encouraged to apply.  Applications due by August 9th, 2024
