注意事項 Precautions

1.本人已經閱讀並同意遵守大會賽事安排及比賽章程。
I have read and agreed to abide the General Rules & Regulations and all arrangements organized.

2.如得獎者未能於比賽結果公佈後取回獎狀 / 獎盃，本協會於頒發日期起計算保留一個月，如未能於一個月內取回之獎狀或所訂購的獎盃均不獲退還及不予保留。
If contestants cannot take their certificates / trophies at the award presentation date, the council will keep these for one mouth. After one mouth, the certificates / trophies will not be returned and kept.

3.已填妥報名表格內所需資料。
