Health and Fitness History
Thank you for your interest in coaching! I have been working in athletics since 2006, but what really got me was that lack of good information about postpartum fitness. Since 2013, I have focused all of my attention and studies on women's issues in fitness and training.
Since then, I have become a women's weightlifting specialist. I work with women that need performance in life and athletics by training them in sync with with cycle, postpartum women to restore their core, pelvic floor and fitness and women going though perimenopause and menopause.
Please note that women that are older, injured or suffering through a hormonal issue will get priority. But that doesn't mean I don't have room for you! Just apply and I'll contact you so we can set up a call.
