Skyline students 16 and older with parental consent opting in for vaccines will receive their vaccinations through Dallas County Health and Human Services at Fair Park on Wednesday, May 19 (first dose) and Wednesday, June 9 (second dose). Parents and students will need to send permission forms back by this Friday, May 12, 9:30am.  Registration forms with instructions are available in the student center or may be downloaded from our Skyline campus website.
