This form is intended for students and the general U of A public to report on issues that they see in the community and classes anonymously. This includes anything from Academic issues such as professors giving unreasonable deadlines to diversity issues such as intentional misgendering and refusal of pronoun use. These reports will be taken anonymously and all issues raised will be taken to the faculty to be addressed. This form is completely anonymous and the EE Club has taken measures to ensure that your voice will be heard without identifying anyone who makes a report.
