LETTER OF RESPONSIBILITY AND EXONERATION IN CASE OF ACCIDENT

I agree to adhere to regulations established by the organizing committee and I assume full responsibility for my person for the duration of this event. I recognize the dangers that this test in which my abilities as a SWIMMER, my mental strength and my physical condition. And because it is an open water event, it carries risks including partial or permanent disability and even death. For the reasons mentioned above, I declare that I am aware of the possible risks of participating during the Todos Santos Waters event of 2.5km, 5km and 10km in Solo in “Punta Lobos” on January  21, 2023. And we agree to delimit and exonerate from all responsibility to every person of the Organizing Committee, Government of Baja California Sur, the
City Council of La Paz and Todos Santos, Government Institutions, Sponsors, Participating companies, Service Providers, Ship Captains, Competitors, Support Teams, Doctors, Judges, Kayakers, Padel Boarders, Harbor Master, Photographers, Secretary of the Navy, Navy of Mexico, Linkers in the event, Associations Civilian Participants, Activity Supervisors and Spectators, of any incident including claims for loss and damage due to active or passive negligence. In turn, I authorize the use of my personal image in photographic and audiovisual material for event promotions.
