Employment Equity and Cultural Competency

The Employment Equity Committee (EEC) formed following the recent round of bargaining. We came together to work collaboratively in the spirit of Truth and Reconciliation to identify ways that we can address under representation of employees with Indigenous Ancestry within the Saanich School District.

In order to support the work we currently have underway, we are hoping to gather responses on the following questions. We thank you in advance for taking the time to submit your responses.
