Artist's application to have original works displayed in the downtown Ladysmith Royal LePage display window.

The Royal LePage display window is considered a satellite gallery of the Arts Council of Ladysmith and District. It is intended to promote a positive atmosphere, and it serves as a public and accessible celebration of the arts. Display bookings are first come, first serve.

Commission Agreement *

A commission of 20% will be given to the Arts Council of Ladysmith and District for any work sold at this venue. Sales are to be directed to the Arts Council. In the event that you are contacted privately for the sale of a window item, the 20% commission requirement still applies.

Promotional Materials *

Because this is a satellite gallery of the ACLD, promotional materials for your own products or services is not permitted. An 8.5 x 11 inch sign with your name, website, and social media handles is acceptable, and pricing cards can be included directly on each piece.
