1950 Fort Worth Avenue - RFP Survey

As you may know, the City is issuing a new request for proposals (RFP) for a services provider at the rapid rehousing/permanent supportive housing development planned for the property located at 1950 Fort Worth Avenue (formerly known as the Miramar Hotel).  To allow the property to be operated with appropriate accountability in its management, the community has previously provided input through community meetings and surveys.  That input has been incorporated into the property's zoning and terms for a Good Neighbor Agreement.  At a March 6 meeting at KPUMC, the Office of Homelessness Solutions updated the community and discussed potential terms to be added to the new RFP being issued. Presentation materials from the community meeting can be found here: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/4m197uukf4dxfpou9hfib/3.6.23-Community-Meeting-COD.OHS.1950FtWorthAve.pptx?dl=0&rlkey=2b46vsw6ww9aka0tsst1x544w

Additional input is now being sought for the services provider RFP.  Please provide your input by completing the survey below. We ask that you complete the survey on or before Friday, April 21.
