Uniform Notes
1) All uniform pieces are required for ALL players.
2) T-shirts are worn at practice with any kind of plain black shorts.
3) Jersey/Game T-Shirts will be worn for tournaments with Ultimate-assigned shorts.
4) Please mark the items and sizes that you would like to request. Requested sizes will be honored according to availability and are not guaranteed.
5) The full uniform package is $175.00 and will be billed to your account after completing your order.
