Curbside Book Request - Glen Hills Library

Use this form to request books as many as three books from the Glen Hills Middle School Library.

Students are allowed to have a maximum of 4 books on their accounts. It is important that students return books currently checked out to ensure their requests will be processed. Books can be returned to the main entrance of Glen Hills Monday-Friday between 11:30-1:30. The district will have one bin for each school (Parkway & Glen Hills). Please put them in the bin labeled "Glen Hills Library Books."

Please use the comments section at the end of the form for any individual instructions or questions for the library staff.

We will attempt to fulfill holds as quickly as possible, based upon the overall volume of requests and the timely return of finished books. Requests will be processed in the order received.

Please provide a valid email address, so we can notify you as to whether or not your books will be available for pick up at Glen Hills Middle School on Friday between 11:30-1:00. This email will not be shared or used for any other purpose.
