Volunteer Application for Mead School District (23-24)
Thank you for your interested in volunteering in the Mead School District. To ensure the safety of our students and staff, you MUST complete this online Volunteer Application and be APPROVED by Human Resources BEFORE you can begin volunteering.

After submitting your application, Human Resources will contact you via email with next steps.  The application process is not complete until you receive an email stating that your application has been approved.

For non-district employees, HR will need to obtain a copy of your driver's license or other photo ID that includes your legal name and date of birth (required for a Washington State Patrol background check) and send you a Volunteer Disclosure Form, which must be completed, signed, and returned.
