Cannabis (marijuana, ganja, pot, etc.) has been used by yogis in India for hundreds of years as a way to enhance meditation and spiritual practice. When we combine cannabis with yoga, we are able to increase relaxation, and mind/body clarity.

Jen says, “As a Medical Marijuana patient, I have found that adding cannabis to my spiritual practice has promoted a much deeper connection to my spirit, and it has helped me to overcome pain and inflammation in my body. I am happy to offer my first ever experience of Yoga with Medical Marijuana at Blissful Life Corporation this coming April 20.”

The experience will begin at 4pm. Practitioners are required to show their state-issued Florida Medical Marijuana Use Registry card upon entering the studio. From 4-4:15, you will be given the opportunity to vape your medicine in the studio. If you are not a MM patient, but would like to join, you may arrive between 4:15-4:20 to set up for class.

We will begin with meditation and centering at 4:20. We will practice postures, breathing, and meditation until roughly 6pm. The high you will experience from 420 is a combination of Yoga and Cannabis, and it can be very intense. If your vape high usually lasts longer than 2 hours, please plan accordingly for after class. We want you to be safe.

We will be using Marijuana scented incense during class, so if you have sensitivity to incense, this class may not be for you.
