At Harvest Baptist Church, we sometimes publish photographs and/or video on our website, on our social media pages (such as Facebook and Instagram), in our weekly emails, and on our bulletin boards, in order to share the events and ministries that occur in our church. We make every effort to protect the privacy of our members and constituents, and we wish to respect people's personal preferences regarding this matter. If you would prefer that your or your child's image not be used, please fill out the form below. We will make every effort to ensure that those images will not be used in public venues. 

Please understand that there will be occasions when photographs and/or group shots are taken. If we publish something in error, please notify us and we will work to correct our mistake as quickly as possible.

If you have no objection to your image being used, you do not have to complete the form.
