1) An understanding of how to prepare players for the transition between formats.

2) Explore the considerations/challenges to support players transition between formats.

3) An insight into the different formats 5v5, 7v7, 9v9, 11v11. And the impact this has on LOtG, Players, Area Sizes, Goal Size and Ball Size.
