Join us for this 6-week session of one-hour Pilates classes. Strengthen your core, posture, gain flexibility and stability and, most importantly, energize your body!
Thursdays 5pm (Ireland) 6pm (France) 12pm (U.S. EST)
Materials Required: 1 Pilates mat or 2 yoga mats + close-fitting clothes.
This weekly class will begin at a low level and will be advanced in stages depending on the overall level of attendees. It is important for you to realize that you may modify and/or stop any exercise when you wish because of feelings of fatigue, strain, or any other discomfort.
