Sensory Friendly Second Saturdays at the Giant Screen Experience: May 11th
Join us at The Henry Ford’s Giant Screen Experience on the second Saturday of each month for a customized movie experience designed for those with Autism Spectrum Disorder/Sensory Processing Disorder and their loves ones.

On May 11th at 11:00am, the Giant Screen Experience will be showing "Cities of the Future."  Imagine stepping 50 years into the future and finding smart cities designed to be totally sustainable. Renewable energy is our primary power source, space-based solar power provides solar energy 24 hours a day, everything is recycled, and you have your own individualized pods that run on maglev trains using little or no energy. You can also ride an electric flying vehicle! Traffic jams are a thing of the past. This isn’t science fiction. Engineers are making plans for a sustainable world right now.

Runtime: 40 min.

Your experience includes modifications to the traditional theater experience:

Lighting: The house lights stay on throughout the film

Sound: The sound is turned down for sensitive ears

Environment: Stress-free and welcoming

Concessions: Available at the Giant Screen Experience Lobby

ADDITIONAL RELATED OPPORTUNITY: If you are also interested in free tickets to The Henry Ford, please specify your interest below. These tickets will ONLY be available onsite and will be provided to you when you check in for the movie.
