Porchfest is a 4 hour event with what’s likely to be over 3500 attendees.
When ---- Saturday, June 15th 2024------ Event hours 11am to 3 pm
Where ---- NW 4th St., NW Washington St., NW Manzanita St., NW Lawnridge, and NW Evelyn
We want you to have a successful and profitable experience. To accomplish this, please
confirm details prior to event.
- Food vendors must be ready to sell at 10:30AM and provide enough food to feed 3500 attendees.
- We will have around 8-10 vendors selling food and snacks.
- Tier 1 Multiple food offerings – $200 fee
- Tier 2 Single item food/drink offering – $75 fee
- Tier 3 Non-profit status – Free
- Checks must be made to "RG Rotary Foundation" prior to event
- CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE MUST BE SUBMITTED BY MAY 1ST Certificate holder: City of Grants Pass/Rogue Gateway Rotary Club - Scan certificate and email to rarnpriester@evergreenfederal.bank.
