Social Exchange Manipulation
Once you have the basics of social exchanges down.
It's time to get acquainted with social exchange manipulations.
Naturally, it's more tricky because it's sneaky and covert.

Credit Inflating: make it seem like they are giving more than they actually are
Credit Erasing: make you feel like you are giving less than you actually are
Debt Inflating: make you feel more indebted than you actually are
Debt Erasing: make it seem like they have a smaller debt than they actually have

Traffic Light Concept
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

We use the colours of the traffic light to denote the severity of the manipulation.

Green: Not so bad. Can be ignored without much consequence unless it comes out frequently.

Orange: Moderately harmful. You lose out on social credits or incur social debt because of the manipulation. It's best to address this to avoid losing out on the exchange. You don't have to be too direct in the sense that you can point out the imbalance indirectly.

Red: Very harmful. Warning of a shark.
One should highlight the imbalance directly and rebalance the exchange.
Or avoid the exchange altogether.
