Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor with the Eatonville Business Association's 3rd of July Celebration. Food vendors, please also consult the Food Vendor Packet for important guidelines if you have not already done so. This packet must be completed and returned to Karenw00@yahoo.com by May 15, 2024.

*For all food vendors, there will be an additional $200.00 refundable deposit check to be held until final inspection report is received from the Health Department. Any fees incurred by the vendor will be deducted from the deposit check and the difference will be issued back to the vendor via check.

Food Truck or hot food/meal service ($250)

Snack Foods - i.e. ice cream, cotton candy, prepackaged food items ($175)

For Profit Vendor (non-food) ($125)

School/Non-profit Vendor (non-food) ($50)

School/Non-profit Food Vendor ($100)

Payment can be submitted online.

All food vendors, mail $200 deposit check to: 820 WA-161, Eatonville, WA 98328

Rules & Setup

This vendor application will not be accepted without checking off the event guidelines. By submitting this form, you acknowledge that you have read the guidelines below and agree to your acceptance and understanding. You are responsible for ensuring that all of your staff/volunteers adhere to the guidelines.

All vendors must abide by school rules. i.e. no smoking, no weapons, no animals, etc.

Food vendors must be set up and ready for the health department inspection by 5 PM. Any delays charged by the health department as overages will be billed directly to you, the vendor.

Vendors may start setting up at 1 PM (unless there have been other arrangements made)

Vendors are responsible for everyone that assists with your booth set up/tear down.

Unloading Cars may enter to unload, then must immediately move to the vendor parking area.

At 4 PM there will be no more driving in or out, NO EXCEPTIONS! The vendor signing this form is responsible for communicating this to all employees/volunteers.

All garbage must be picked up at the end of the evening

Vendors may not leave until the crowd has disbursed and an EBA rep has communicated that we deem it safe to move vehicles.

A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
