On June 25, 2020, the USDA extended nationwide waivers that include the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) to support access to nutritious meals while minimizing potential exposure due to COVID-19. All of these waivers are effective July 1, 2020, and remain in effect through June 30, 2021. These waivers apply to child care, adult care, emergency shelters, and At-Risk Afterschool Programs. Sites may only claim meals distributed to enrolled participants.
🔺All agencies must complete this form to participate in these waivers even if previously submitted.
NOTE: At-Risk Afterschool Programs may implement these waivers at the start of the 2020-2021 School Year, not before.
