With the change in the educational structure, El Dorado Public Schools is seeking information regarding our students following guidelines set forth by KSDE. This will assist us as we develop a plan for learning for the rest of this year.

We want to ensure that we are equipped to transition to a continuous learning environment, and are responsive to the needs of all families. The information in this survey will not be shared publicly.
