Before you apply, you must have already filled out the Camp Life Camper Application, received acceptance email and be registered for Camp Life with at least the minimum deposit payment.

To apply for sponsorship, please fill out the form below. Once your information is received, our Youth Staff will be in contact with you to let you know whether or not you have been approved to receive funds.

Please note: Sponsorship monies are only applied towards the base registration fee. Extras such as snack bar money, t-shirts, cabin photos and/or bus rides are not able to be covered by sponsorship monies.

You must fill out a separate form for each child requesting support.
