6/7 Grade Boys Basketball Permission Slip

6/7 grade boys basketball tryouts will be:

Tuesday, October 25 from 3:00-5:00

Wednesday, October 26 from 3:00-5:00

***Thursday, October 27 6:30 AM -7:45 AM

 You MUST have a physical dated after 4/15/22 on file in order to try out. Forms are available on the Banks website under the athletics tab.
