Coach Application
Please read the following requirements to coach:

Head Coach:
1.  Mandatory attendance at equipment/uniform hand out and return
2.  Ability to organize and implement practice plans and game plan strategies
3.  Active participation and attendance in all practices and games
4.  Active participation in all NSYFCA related activities (pizza night, parades, etc)
5.  Must embody the best qualities of leadership and by their own example exude the attitude, ideals, and principles of sportsmanship and fair play into the minds of the youth
6.  Must attend all mandatory coaching clinics
7.  Must complete all NSYFCA and AYF required certifications
8.  Capable of dealing with children on a multiple age and skill level
9.   Capable of delegating work to assistant coaches and collaborate on building a successful team
10.   Capable of working with a Team Parent and utilizing their assistance
11.   Capable of tactfully dealing with parents and communicating expectations

Assistant Coach:
1.  Active participation during equipment/uniform hand out and return
2.  Active participation and attendance in all practices and games
3.  Active participation in all NSYFCA related activities (pizza night, parades, etc)
4.  Must embody the best qualities of leadership and by their own example exude the attitude, ideals, and principles of sportsmanship and fair play into the minds of the youth
5.  Must attend all mandatory coaching clinics
6.  Must complete all NSYFCA and AYF required certifications
7.  Capable of dealing with children on a multiple age and skill level
8.  Capable of collaboration with Head Coach and other Assistant coaches to building a successful team
