Our extraordinary request during this extraordinary time is to ask if you would consider donating your remaining class value for a charitable tax receipt and access to our online class hub which will help us weather the storm, be able to continue supporting our teachers and return healthy, vital and ready to dance!

DJD is a not for profit charitable arts organization. As an arts organization, half of our expenses go to paying people, and fundamentally for DJD we are deeply committed to our people. Our dance school contracts talented instructors that bring you the classes you attend at the DJD Dance Centre. They are all independent contracts so they only get paid when they teach. To support our instructors during this time, we have committed to paying them 50% of their lost teaching fees for the classes we could not run for the remainder of the winter session.

We would like to offer you the following options with respect to your remaining classes for the winter session: *

Please donate the remaining value of my classes, issue a tax receipt for this amount and provide me with access to DJD’s online dance class hub*

I would like to convert my remaining class amount to a credit that will be able to be used towards classes at the DJD Dance Centre until July 31, 2021.

*Our online video hub will be available for 6 weeks and provides a variety of classes, for adults, teens and youth, to enjoy at home. Our Instagram live videos which we provide 2-3 times a week will also be uploaded to this hub so you can take them at the time that is most convenient to you.
