Please read the following agreement form carefully, and fill in the required information.  
If you plan to split a share with another person or family, please submit only ONE (1) application form, but include contact info for the other members in your share in the spaces provided below.

CSA Member Agreement - our contract with each other
A. I understand that my payment -- $590 / FULL share or $345 / half share -- entitles me to a weekly share of produce (in the form of fruit, vegetables, and herbs, in-season and as available), harvested by Easy Pickin's Orchard during the 20-week CSA growing season. *

B. I commit to picking up my share every week on the day I selected above.  If I can't pick up my share, I may arrange for someone else to pick it up.  If I need to pick up on an *alternate* day (due to schedule conflicts, vacation, etc.), it is my responsibility to contact Easy Pickin's to make these arrangements.  Unclaimed weekly shares will be donated to Enfield Loaves & Fishes or another local food pantry. *

C. I understand that agriculture, and thus the expected variety & volume of produce, depend on weather & climate, and other factors beyond the farmer's control.  There is no guarantee of the quantities or specific types of produce per share or per year.   Easy Pickin's Orchard makes every effort to provide a good value for its CSA members, weekly and over the course of the season. *
