If you're looking to transition and are currently employed and unsure about your workplace practices, our team can connect confidentially with your employer to help you begin the process of getting the support you need.
We provide this service free for trans and non-binary individuals.
Alternatively, you're welcome to complete and/or simply print the attached form, which may be helpful in building communication with your employer and work team. If you'd like us to submit on your behalf, we can also do this - to begin communications confidentially.
