Hello, my name is Kate Price and I teach 8th grade science along with Eleanor Whitsett at a middle school in Raleigh, NC. We are interested in giving our students the opportunity to engage with scientists and STEM fields that they may not be as familiar with. We will be creating a lesson along with the information, giving students the opportunity to explore the areas of study that we get responses for and then reach out to an adult in the field that they connect with and send them a couple of questions via email, your email address will only be going to the student that is sending the questions. We would love if we could get the questions back within a few days so that the students can put together a paragraph on the subject with information they gather.
