By submitting this form, you are registering for Zenith Education Studio's lessons, and agree to our terms and conditions.

1. Fees
The fee structure at the time of registration will apply to the student for their entire duration with Zenith

i.e. Signing up earlier allows you to lock in the promotional pricing for additional subjects in the future

The course fees (before GST) for every 4 lessons are as follows;

J1 Students that join before July [J1 year]
1 Subject: $360
2 Subjects: $340
3 Subjects: $320
4 Subjects: $300

J1 Students that joins from July [J1 year]:
1 Subject: $380
2 Subjects: $360
3 Subjects: $340
4 Subjects: $320

J2 Students that joins from April [J2 year]:
1 Subject: $400
2 Subjects: $380
3 Subjects: $360
4 Subjects: $340

2. Payment of Fees
a) All fees are subjected to prevailing GST and must be paid in full within the month.
b) Payment methods are via PayNow (Preferred) and Bank Transfer.

c) For PayNow, simply scan the QR code provided in each unique invoice
d) Invoices will be generated within the first week of each month and sent to your registered email addresses.
e) Fees are payable throughout the year, inclusive of school vacation periods and public holidays.
f) The Management reserves the right to alter the fees with notice given.

3. Deposits
a) Students are required to make a one-time deposit of $360 per subject

b) Deposits will be used to offset the outstanding fees in the final month of classes and any balances will be refunded.
c) Should students choose to leave Zenith, they should inform their tutor(s) and and submit the withdrawal form 1 month before their final class. All deposits will be used to offset lesson fees.

4. Late Fees
a) Fees are payable within 1 month of the invoice date.
b) Unpaid fees that have been due for more than 30 days will be subjected to a $20 admin fee per month for each subject.

c) Students with unpaid fees due for more than 60 days without reason will be suspended from lessons
d) Should you require financial assistance or payment by installments, promptly inform our staff so that we can can make the necessary arrangements.

5. Attending Lessons
a) Students are advised to attend their lessons regularly.

b) If the tutor is absent, a relief tutor will take over the class; alternatively, the tutor will arrange to conduct the lesson online or arrange a replacement for the lesson in which he/she was absent.

c) There is strictly no refund or prorating of fees for students that miss lessons.
d) In the occasion where a student is unable to attend classes, arrangements should be made with your tutor or department to attend a make-up class.

6. Format of lessons
a) All lessons are conducted physically unless otherwise stated.
b) Online lessons are conducted periodically in place of physical lessons to allow for greater flexibility and in-depth coverage of content.

- Some common online weeks include: Chinese New Year, Last week of Term 2, First Week of Term 3, September & December Holidays
c) Zenith reserves the right to conduct online lessons in place of physical lessons should the need arise.

7. Acceptance
a) Acceptance of a student for classes is at the discretion of the school.
b) A class will be assigned to the Student upon registration.

c) Students that are disruptive to the conduct of a class may be suspended from lessons.
d) Upon the acceptance of a student, the Parent(s) and/or Guardian(s) is deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions set out in this document.

8. Consent

By submitting this form, you agree that Zenith Education Studio may collect, use and disclose your personal data, as provided in this registration form, for the following purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and our data protection policy:

a) The processing of this registration; and

b) the administration of your registration with Zenith Education Studio.
